Our fees for editing English documents are very competitive. The fees depend on a number of factors such as the nature of the documents, the turnaround time, etc. Discounts are given to bulk works, such as thesis reports which tend to run into hundreds of pages, i.e. the more pages you submit, the bigger are the discounts. Please consult the following table for various editing fees. When you contact us and submit your documents, we will also inform you the exact fee we will be charging you for our services. ** For 3-day turnaround time (urgent), add 10% to each fee, and for 1-day turnaround time (extremely urgent), add 20% to each fee.

1. Place an order by emailing your single-spaced documents in Microsoft Word format (.doc files - any version) to us at order@eees.biz. You will receive a reply from us to acknowledge the receipt of your order and to inform you the exact fee (we charge by the number of pages). Indicate in your email the urgency of your order using the following guidelines:

3. Fax a copy of your pay-in slip to 02-463-5807. We will process your work order as soon as we receive your deposit slip. Please note that the turnaround time starts on the day we receive your payment, not on the day you email us the documents. Within the turnaround time, you will receive the corrected Word files from us. We use Track Changes in Word to highlight all the corrections. After you have a chance to view these corrections, you may turn off the Track Changes function, and your documents will be ready for submission. 4. You may include any comments or special instructions (in Thai or English) in your email. Be sure your email account has enough capacity to receive the corrected files from us (3-5 MB of quota should be sufficient). Finally, please leave a phone number in the rare event that we need to talk to you. |

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 1. Is there a refund for my money if I don't find the editing satisfactory? No. All transactions are final. However, we are professionals and believe in customer satisfaction.. If you are somehow not satisfied with our editing, you may request another revision free of charge. 2. Can I contact you by phone, e.g. to clarify something or to leave special instructions? Yes. Although we prefer to use emails as the primary means for communications, there is time when we may need to talk to you on the phone. Please kindly leave your mobile or home/office phone number in your email, and we will call you as soon as possible. 3. Can I communicate with you in Thai in the emails or over the phone? Yes. Our staff are well-versed in Thai, English, and Mandarin, although it is often easier to use English in emails. 4. What are the qualifications of your staff and editors? Most of our staff are engineers and educators who have had years of industrial and academic experiences. Our works speak for themselves. Please take a look at our free samples, which are indicative of the qualifications of our staff. These are actual work we did for our clients. Some of the samples are taken from actual papers published in international journals by some of our editors. 5. Why is the fee for resumes higher than those for the technical manuscript? Resumes are your tickets to your dream jobs. It's your way of saying hello and introducing yourselves to prospective employers. As such, your resumes must be flawless (e.g. no spelling errors, wrong grammar, poor diction, etc.). A lot more work has go to into editing a resume; hence, we charge more. Rest assured that this would be money well spent because you are likely to send the same resume to a large number of companies. 6. What happens if you miss the turnaround deadline requested by a customer? If, for whatever reason, we miss the turnaround deadline, we will refund your money. At the same time, you will still receive the complete editing of your documents from us. It is that simple. We take great pride in our professionalism and integrity. However, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your email account has enough disk quota to receive our manuscripts. The turnaround time is determined by the time we send you the corrections, not when you receive them. We can translate your documents among 3 languages - Thai, English, and Mandarin (Chinese). We have not yet set a standard fee for translations, because the fee depends on the complexity and wording of the documents to be translated. Please email us for more information. In some cases, we may require that you send us a sample page before we can assess the fee for our service.

TOEFL (Test of English as a Second Language) or its equivalent is required of all foreign students who wish to study in North America (the US and Canada). SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) is required for all students who apply to undergraduate programs at American univerisities. GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) is required for all science and engineering students who apply to graduate schools at American universities. We intend to be the online leader in educational services, specifically in higher learning. These services are still under development. When the work is done, we will be selling eduational aids and references, and set up an advisory service to help students cope with the arduous task of studying in overseas universities. Books and Educational Aids/References The following books and references are for sale. You will not find any of them in a bookstore, as we do not publish them. Instead, they are only sold here at our website at a steep discount when compared to similar products sold in bookstores. We can afford to sell them cheap because we do not have any publishing cost.
